Experience in the insurance or construction related industry a plus.

Project Superintendent - Key Responsibilities:

• The SUPT supervises all casual labor and technicians.
• The SUPT evaluates all labor, equipment, and materials requirements.
• The SUPT oversees the completion schedules and supervise the implementation of such.
• The SUPT manages the scope of work and any adjustments to the completion schedule.
• The SUPT places the order for all equipment and supplies.
• The SUPT contacts and arranges services from subcontractors and outside vendors.
• The SUPT ensures that all training meetings have been conducted along with the daily safety meeting.
• The SUPT outlines daily work activities with the Project team.
• The SUPT guarantees that every phase of the project is done properly and is completed as per the schedule.
• The SUPT ensures that all equipment and materials are organized daily.
