Job Summary:
The Consultant in the Consulting Services Organization is responsible for delivery of client projects. A Consultant is responsible for ensuring successful project delivery by contributing to projects throughout the full lifecycle. Consultants demonstrate technical expertise, project delivery, and strive to build and maintain client relationships in accordance with our Client Engagement Values.
Applicants must have strong analytical skills and business vision to be able to add value to our clients by driving projects and delivering solid network infrastructure solutions.
From a capability perspective, the ideal candidate will be able to work both independently and as part of a team of consultants to provide these services to clients and will have the following experience:
Skillset focus:
o Primary - SASE, SD-WAN, firewall, route/switching, converged infrastructure, enterprise networks, campus networks, network security
o Secondary - Virtualization, data center, backup, Azure networking
Technologies:
o Primary - Palo, Zscaler, Cisco
o Secondary - Fortinet, Meraki, Device 42, VMware, Cisco UCS
Desired Certifications:
o CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, Zscaler Certified Professional, Any Palo Alto, Fortinet Network Security Expert, VMware, Any Cisco Specializations

Essential Functions:
Project Delivery:
o Contribute to project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with project leaders, team members, and clients. Identifies and proactively communicates risks to drive client satisfaction. Contribute to project plans, documentation, and deployment of technical tasks based on client's needs and expectations.
o Strives to build and maintain strong client relationships, understands the client's needs and expectations, ensures satisfaction with project outcomes, and proactively identifies opportunities for additional services or projects within ivision's current client base. Participates in internal and external communications to ensure alignment and understanding on project requirements and expected outcome.
Administration:
o Manage time to successfully execute assigned project tasks and to meet billable utilization targets while meeting project timelines and maintaining client satisfaction.
o Track time and notes for assigned project tasks and overall project status.
Professional Development:
o Drive continuous improvement by maintaining relevant knowledge of the latest tools and emerging technologies.
o Identify specific professional development opportunities and create/implement career development plans with Manager.
o Ability to adapt and learn new technologies, products, and processes, as needed.
o Complete training courses & obtain any associated certifications as required.
Mentorship:
o Seek opportunities for mentorship from senior team members.
o Knowledge share and train team members in areas where you are a subject matter expert (SME) to foster collaboration and development within the Consulting Services Organization.

Education, Experience, Certification
BS or BA degree in computer science or related technical field preferred, or a corresponding number of years' experience in IT.
Minimum of 3 years of technical experience, consulting background preferred.
Applicable technical certifications preferred (vary by practice area).
Knowledge of IT project lifecycle and familiarity of PMP and/or agile methodologies preferred.
Other Requirements:
Physical Requirements: prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Work Environment: no adverse environmental conditions expected; regular office and/or home office environment.
Travel: up to 50% travel based on client project needs.
