CONSULTANT/FRACTIONAL CFO
At CRI Simple Numbers, you'll be working with diverse entrepreneurs across the nation and world, helping them to become more profitable! Our consultants use SimpleNumbers to update financial models, assist in drawing and forecasting conclusions, and in presenting findings in a compelling way to drive change in our clients' businesses.
The ideal candidate will provide high-level financial expertise, strategic planning, and operational insight. Someone who can analyze the data and see beyond the numbers.
Essential Functions:
Coordinate and lead dynamic conversations on in-depth strategic initiatives, to drive profitability for our clients.
Analyze financial performance and present actionable insights to drive decision making.
Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational improvements to enhance profitability.
Collaborate closely with team of Consultants, Analysts and Accountants regarding client and financial data.
Preparation and updating of financial modeling tools and projection models.
Assisting with presentations to entrepreneurial groups, trade groups, and clients using our SimpleNumbers methodology.
Qualifications:
BA or BS degree in Finance, Accounting (MBA preferred)
CPA preferred
Experience as a CFO or financial leader, ideally in a fractional or consulting capacity.
Strong knowledge of financial management, forecasting and strategic planning.
Experienced in using Zoom and Teams virtual meeting platforms.
Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel.
Advanced communication and presentation skills.
Solid history of comfort while communicating, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business strategies.
Proven ability to perform work with accountability for accurate and complete results.
Commitment to teamwork, customer service, and continuous learning.
Comfortable developing and maintaining relationships; helping others achieve financial goals.
