Work Authorization/Security Clearance: This position requires the employee to be a US Citizen and a Secret security clearance, or the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Work Location: This role will work in a hybrid environment to support the client in Falls Church, VA.
Work Environment: Work will be done in an office setting/environment and will need to constantly operate a computer and other office equipment. The person in this role will need to have the ability to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time and occasionally will need to move about inside an office environment. This position frequently communicates with other employees and external stakeholders. The person needs to have the ability to accurately exchange information in these settings.

Core Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to gain understanding of requirements and goals and identify areas of improvement
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to identify trends and develop strategies to meet objectives
- Develop and deliver logically structured presentations that identify areas of improvement, recommend solutions, and detail implementation strategies
- Update and developing policies through research and stakeholder input
- Facilitate meetings and workshops with clients and other stakeholders to drive alignment and agreement around key decisions
- Develop relationships with clients and other stakeholders
- Stay up to date on industry trends and conduct research and literature reviews
- Provide support for Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2)
- Support ETMS2 taskers by analyzing taskers, determining critical information and actionable items, and developing recommendations where appropriate
- Facilitate documentation reviews, including tracking feedback and adjudicating comments with stakeholder input
- Provide formatting and quality assurance support
- Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and Adobe Acrobat
- Knowledge of Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) is a plus, but not required
