En tant que consultant(e) en conception UX, vous contribuerez aux engagements clients et crerez des livrables de transformation UX sur les projets. De plus, votre rle se concentre principalement sur le travail li l'architecture et aux domaines de contenu de l'utilisabilit, dans le but d'humaniser la technologie et de renforcer l'entreprise.

Un portfolio de travaux doit tre partag lors de la candidature et sera examin lors de vos entretiens. Le format du portfolio est votre choix.

As an UX Design Consultant, you will contribute to customer engagements and create UX transformation deliverables on projects. Additionally, your role primarily focuses on work related to architecture and usability content areas, with the goal to humanize technology and empower the business.

A portfolio of work must be shared when applying and will be reviewed during your interviews. The format of the portfolio is your choice.

Skills and experiences

• Exprience avec les disciplines UX telles que les mthodes de recherche UX, l'architecture de l'information, les tests d'utilisabilit et les stratgies de contenu

• Experience with UX disciplines such as UX research methods, information architecture, usability testing, and content strategies
• Knowledge of visual design capabilities and strategies preferred
• Experience translating requirements into design specifications
• Experience researching, designing and/or proposing solutions with mobile layouts in mind
• Capable of understanding and articulating technical feasibility of solutions

About you

• Matrise des outils de conception, tels que Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD, Figma et Adobe Suite pour la production et le prototypage.
• Connaissance des ateliers de rflexion sur la conception et utilisation d'une gamme de mthodologies pour la recherche utilisateur et l'interprtation prcise des rsultats (la certification LUMA est un plus).
• Vous pourriez possder des titres de comptences en conception d'interaction, facteurs humains, interaction informatique, psychologie comportementale, interaction homme/ordinateur ou un diplme similaire, d'une universit, d'un collge, d'un bootcamp ou par auto-apprentissage. Une combinaison quivalente d'ducation et d'exprience suffira galement.

• Proficiency in design tools, such as Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD, Figma, and Adobe Suite for production and prototyping.
• Knowledge of design thinking workshops and using a range of methodologies for user research and interpreting the results accurately (LUMA Certification is a plus).
• You could possess credentials in Interaction Design, Human Factors, Computer Interaction, Behavioral Psychology, Human/Computer Interaction, or similar degree, from a university, college, bootcamp, or through self-learning. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also suffice.

Au quotidien, vous :

Recherche :

• Surveillez les tendances, documentez les meilleures pratiques et identifiez les opportunits de livrer des expriences innovantes
• Animez des ateliers afin de recueillir les exigences des parties prenantes en utilisant un ensemble de techniques qui les aident abattre les barrires, mieux communiquer et gnrer de nouvelles ides
• Excutez des recherches utilisateur avec le bon mlange de mthodologies (par exemple, tests utilisateur, entretiens approfondis, groupes de discussion, tudes de terrain ethnographiques, sondages)
• Interprtez les rsultats de la recherche comme des recommandations de conception ou stratgiques et prsentez-les efficacement aux clients en utilisant les outils appropris (par exemple, personas, cartes d'exprience, blueprints de service et rapports de recherche)

Conception :

• Facilitez les remue-mninges et les sessions de travail avec des quipes interdisciplinaires afin de transformer la connaissance de la recherche en une vision et en une stratgie de conception
• Livrez la conception de produits ou services numriques en employant le bon mlange de processus et d'outils de conception centrs sur l'humain (par exemple, modles mentaux, scnarios utilisateur, cartes de site, maquettes, flux de tches, spcifications d'interface utilisateur, prototypes)
• Ajustez le processus de conception et slectionnez l'approche approprie pour s'adapter aux contraintes du projet (par exemple, techniques UX Lean, UX Agile) Partenaires avec des quipes de technologie et de conception interfonctionnelles pour intgrer les solutions et les exigences dans les stratgies UX
• Utilisez un cadre de gestion du changement prouv la phase approprie dans le processus d'adoption d'un nouveau produit ou service

Gnral :

• vanglisez la conception d'exprience au sein d'Avanade par le biais de communications informelles, de prsentations formelles et de sessions de formation
• Contributez aux efforts de dveloppement commercial grce aux relations avec les clients et au soutien la soumission de RFP
• Travaillez avec d'autres membres de l'quipe qui dirigent divers aspects du projet : stratges de contenu, designers UI, chefs techniques et chefs de livraison

What you will do: Day to day you will

Research

• Monitor trends, document best practices and identify opportunities to deliver innovative experiences
• Run workshops in order to gather stakeholders' requirements using a pool of techniques that help them to break down barriers, communicate better, and generate new ideas
• Execute user research with the right mix of methodologies (e.g. user tests, in-depth interviews, focus-groups, ethnographic field studies, surveys)
• Interpret results from the research as design or strategic recommendations and effectively present to clients using proper tools (e.g. personas, experience maps, service blueprints and research reports)

Design

• Facilitate brainstorms and working sessions with cross-disciplinary teams in order to move the knowledge of the research into a vision and into a design strategy
• Deliver the design of digital products or services employing the right mix of human-centered design processes and tools (e.g. mental models, user scenarios, site maps, wire frames, task flows, user interface specifications, prototypes)
• Adjust the design process and select the proper approach in order to fit the project constraints (e.g. Lean UX, Agile UX techniques)
• Partner with cross-functional technology and design teams to integrate solutions and requirements into UX strategies
• Use a proven change-management framework at the appropriate phase in the adoption process of a new product or service

General

• Evangelize Experience Design within Avanade through informal communication, formal presentations and training sessions
• Contribute to business development efforts through customer relationships and RFP submission support
• Work with other team members who lead various aspects of the project: content strategists, UI designers, technical leads, and delivery leads
