We are seeking a talented individual to join our Advisory team at Marsh as a Consulting Director, Forensic Accounting and Claims Services (FACS). This role will be based in Philadelphia, PA. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Consulting Professional in our Forensic Accounting and Claims Services (FACS) Practice. In this senior-level role, you will lead critical engagements that provide specialized forensic accounting, insurance loss measurement, claims preparation, litigation and advisory services. We will count on you to:
  • Lead and coordinate projects with clients to gather and analyze essential information for comprehensive forensic accounting and claims services, ensuring alignment with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct thorough industry and statistical data research to support complex forensic analyses and claims evaluations, utilizing advanced methodologies and tools.
  • Oversee and manage colleagues in the preparation and execution of detailed financial analyses, financial modeling, and investigative procedures related to damage quantification in areas such as business interruption, large property damage, fidelity/fraud investigations, product recall, cyber claims, liability claims, etc.
  • Prepare and review working paper files with meticulous documentation of evidence obtained, methodologies applied, and procedures performed, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop and deliver impactful presentations that articulate findings, methodologies, and strategic recommendations related to forensic accounting and claims services.
  • Attend existing and new client meetings, develop client relationships, participate in sales, marketing and other internal/external presentations.


What you need to have:
  • Bachelor's or Graduate Degree with a major in accounting, finance, or economics preferred.
  • Professional accounting designation (CPA, CFE, etc.) or related is required.
  • 10+ years of relevant professional experience in forensic accounting, claims services, or a related field, with a proven track record of managing complex engagements.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex forensic accounting concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Proven experience in client-facing consulting/advisory roles, demonstrating strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically for engagements as necessary.
