Job Summary: The Consulting Executive - Financial Management Services will be responsible for providing CFO and Controller level financial management services to clients, establishing and maintaining client relationships and providing leadership for Financial Management Services staff. Primary responsibilities include:

While performing the duties of this job the employee will regularly be required to sit, stand, reach, walk, drive, kneel, crouch, crawl and lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
- Providing strategic and financial consulting services to clients including:
- Providing strategic consultation and executive coaching services to clients
- Preparation of monthly GAAP financial statements
- Managing client month end close processes
- Preparation of schedules for client tax and audit support
- Preparation of financial models and analysis
- Documentation of processes and workflows to identify areas of improvement and/or key internal controls
- Lead business and process improvement projects, including merger & acquisition related due diligence support
- Secure and maintain new client relationships for Financial Management Services
- Cross sell other firm services to new and existing clients
- Forecast billable hours and resource requirements to meet client needs
- Supervise and develop staff
- Expected level of chargeable time is 1,200 billable hours, within the context of 2,200-hour year
- Compliance to the Firm's quality control standards
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or accounting from an accredited college required
- At least ten (10) years of supervisory experience in a finance or accounting related position, either in public accounting, banking or industry.
- Financial accounting and reporting experience
- CPA very strongly preferred
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and other software applications
- Strong communication skills including the ability to work with business owners and executives as well as accounting and clerical staff
- Strong technical, research, organizational and analytical skills required
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and demanding deadlines
- Ability to work independently and be highly organized
