The Role
We are looking for Consulting Managers who can deliver within Cognizant's Five Pillars of Consulting Excellence: 1) Project Execution, 2) Expertise, 3) Business Development, 4) Practice Development, & 5) People Development. As a Consulting Manager, this means partnering with clients and project stakeholders, colleagues to clarify requirements and support delivery of effective solutions; applying technical and domain expertise to solve core client business challenges or inefficiencies; developing and strengthening domain knowledge and maintaining an accurate understanding of Cognizant's industry propositions and consulting capabilities; supporting business development activities of senior leaders; contributing to the development of practice initiatives or new service offerings (e.g., Strategic Control Points, development of consulting assets); and being an inspiring colleague, promoting team motivation, partnership, and ownership for projects. Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Consultant with 9 to 11 years of experience in Finance & Accounting for a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will provide expert guidance streamline processes and contribute to the overall success of our projects. This role requires a deep understanding of financial principles and the ability to apply them in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Capital Markets experience. Overall, Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) with significance on Client Onboarding
Experience with Fenergo (Fen-E or preferably Fen-X) application as a Client Onboarding Tool. Data Mapping Field / Attribute level validations across multiple systems
Understands Credit / Tax / Legal / AML / Document Management / Sanctions implications for onboarding
Understanding of Client / Counterparty types - difference between a Legal Entity Client vs. a Fund vs. Investment Manager vs. Branch etc.
Strong proficiency with JIRA - Scrum board ability to write detailed User Stories with clear and concise acceptance criteria tagged appropriately to Epics / Sprint Cycles / Releases.
Coordinates UAT testing and contributes to Defect Management (Defect vs. CR)
Strong team player - interacting with Product Owners Scrum Masters Project Managers Developers Testers etc.
Efficient in use of MS office suite especially MS Visio.
Personal leadership and a desire to create a culture that enables exceptional outcomes
