Responsibilities
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and evolving client needs to refine sales strategies.
- Generate and qualify leads, proactively identifying new business opportunities across multiple channels.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to engage prospects, build relationships, and close deals.
- Collaborate with Oracle, NetSuite, and other technology partners to strengthen service offerings and market reach.
- Navigate organizations to connect with decision-makers and position R-Cubed as a trusted partner.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across the sales, marketing, delivery, and executive functions.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to revenue growth.
Qualifications
- At least five years of experience selling enterprise software consulting services, with a proven record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of Oracle and NetSuite ERP and SCM offerings.
- Ability to identify, engage, and influence key stakeholders in target organizations.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for technology consulting.
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
