Job Description:

8-10 years of industry experience with strong technical skills in Contact Center technologies in Genesys.
  • Provided architecture solution for enterprise applications
  • Experience with Genesys Routing (IRD/URS)
  • Experience with Genesys Composer & ORS.
  • Hands on experience with design & development of routing strategies
  • Hands on experience with focus on various Genesys technologies & solutions
  • Experience with Cassandra
  • Understanding of the system architecture. Given a requirement be able to come up with the architecture, ability to suggest solutions and identify loopholes in system. Need to have holistic view of system -and develop effective solutions.
  • Plan, scope, size, architect, design, prototype and engineer Genesys framework components
  • Contact Center technologies. Genesys SDKs
  • Experience with Java/JavaScript, Eclipse SDK & XML (SCXML/VXML)
  • As mentioned in the necessary skills
  • Ability to innovate and present new ideas/solutions. Ability to handle customer discussions effectively and interact with multiple stakeholders
  • Driving efficiencies and implementing roadmap to constantly improve speed of response
  • Carry out periodic Service reviews and identify areas of service improvement actions. Implement service improvement action plan
