  • RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Provides leadership and direction to cross-functional teams empowered to execute the company's transformational priorities and achieve long-term goals
    • Facilitates multi-day rapid problem-solving events and week-long kaizen events with cross-functional teams spanning across all levels of the organization, including operators and executive leadership, teaching and employing the problem-solving methodology to solve complex issues
    • Learns company processes and ask provocative questions that lead team members to uncover true root causes and develop countermeasures to solve problems
    • Serves as a change agent in encouraging the development of new processes where legacy processes are culturally engrained
    • Provides single or small group training on problem solving throughout the organization.
    • Develops, implements, and trains teams on the standards for Lean Daily Management across the business.
    • Participates in the daily plant walk, provides coaching where needed, and follows up to assist in problem solving
    • Leads, trains, coaches, and guides team members through completion of each project as the program manager of transformational initiatives with multiple workstreams
    • Provides support to cross-functional project leads to mitigate risks and clear roadblocks to ensure predictable execution
    • Partners with other teams to incorporate project savings into long-range financial plans and operating budgets
    • Other duties as assigned

    REQUIREMENTS
    • Education
      • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
    • Experience
      • 5+ years of experience in process improvement in a manufacturing environment.
      • 3+ years of leadership experience.
    • Skills
      • Excellent verbal and written communication.
      • Microsoft Office Suite, intermediate PowerPoint.
      • Change Management.
      • Analytics & Reporting.
      • Project Management.
      • Process Improvement Methodologies.
    • Travel
      • 20%

    Safety
    • Physical Requirement
      • Move or lift objects up to 25 pounds.
      • Frequent (>75%) stationary position (standing or sitting) while utilizing digital displays.
      • Frequent (>75%) fine manipulation using hands and fingers (typing, opening, writing, clicking, paper sorting, etc.).
