Our Continuous Improvement Specialist will examine key performance metrics, optimize inventory management, streamline logistics, and partner to implement process improvements.
The schedule is Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Salary: $90,000/yr - $100,000/yr

Responsibilities
You will:
- Develop, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations, including:
- Inventory accuracy
- SKU rationalization efficiency
- Case selection accuracy & productivity
- Truck loading efficiency
- Identify trends, diagnose inefficiencies, and provide data-focused recommendations.
- Generate reports and present actionable insight, be responsive to inquiries.
- Assess inventory control processes to enhance accuracy and minimize discrepancies
- Lead SKU rationalization initiatives to optimize product mix, reduce costs, and improve warehouse space utilization.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Improving inbound receiving and put-away processes to reduce cycle times.
- Optimizing outbound order fulfillment, case picking, and truck loading workflows to improve efficiency.
- Partnering with warehouse leadership to streamline operations and reduce delays.
- Leading process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Conducting time studies, root cause analysis, and workflow assessments to drive efficiency.
- Implementing the best practices that align with operational goals and customer satisfaction.
- Developing strategies to maximize truck space utilization to improve load efficiency.
- Implementing standardized loading procedures to enhance speed and accuracy.
- Working with the transportation team to balance loads and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications
You have:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of continuous improvement, warehouse operations, or supply chain experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Power BI
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and process mapping
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies
