Must-Have:
- General surgery, orthopedic, and neuro surgery experience
- Basic general OR knowledge of more than one year
- If candidate is for CVOR, must have at least two years of CVOR experience including all adult open heart cases, open and endovascular cases

Job Description:
- Participate in surgeries such as general open and laparoscopic surgery, ortho trauma, total joints using Mako Robot, and a variety of CV surgeries including CABG, valves, aorta surgeries, and vascular cases.
- Utilize OR equipment including microscopes, robot Divincii Xi, Mako Robot, laparoscopic Stryker tower, stealth, and endovascular hybrid room equipment.
- Work collaboratively with a team consisting of RNs, techs, and patient care technicians in an environment featuring 11 operating rooms.
- Engage in a variety of procedures such as X-lif, A-lif, decompression, ACDF, craniotomy, robotic surgery including thoracic, general, gyn and urology, TAVR, TCAR, TEVAR, EVAR, fistula creations, and endarterectomy surgery.
- Meet call requirements and be potentially available for weekend shifts based on need.
- Show flexibility by adapting to different types of rooms and assisting with various cases.
- Display a willingness to assist and possibly guide new graduates in their training.
- Wear light blue scrubs provided by the unit and adhere to the dress code.
- Be open to engaging with new equipment or technology as introduced in the unit.
