GDIT's Contracts and Acquisition Management Office (CAMO) is seeking an experienced Contracts Professional with an advanced understanding of Federal and commercial contracting practices to join its Contracts organization in a compliance role. This role will be responsible for ensuring the organization remains compliant with GDIT policies and applicable regulations.

HOW A CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR ADVISOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
  • Identify, investigate, and report compliance issues, irregularities, and violations.
  • Work with the appropriate Contracts Professional to resolve compliance risks, issues, and concerns.
  • Support various audits to ensure compliance with SOX regulations and GDIT policies through coordination with the appropriate GDIT compliance organizations.
  • Conduct appropriate follow-up to resolve audit findings.
  • Ensure accuracy of contract data and compliance with data repository requirements.
  • Establish and maintain contracts metrics.
  • Manage and execute various reporting requirements.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with other contracts compliance professionals within CAMO.


WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree. In lieu of degree, 12+ years of related Contracts Administration experience required.
  • Required Experience: 8+ years of related Contracts Administration experience
  • Required Skills and Abilities: Extensive knowledge of contracts administration practices, procedures, and processes. Extensive knowledge of relevant contracting laws, policies, and industry practices. Analytical skill sufficient to evaluate audit reports, regulations, and other relevant material as a basis for developing guidance. Effective administrative and organizational skills. Effective communication skills. Ability to analyze and summarize complex data. Ability to use critical thinking skills to assist with risk assessment. Self-starter who will take the initiative to analyze existing processes and provide innovative streamlined approaches. Strategic thinker and problem solver who will thoroughly research an issue and develop a detailed solution. Fosters and maintain internal customer intimacy.

The likely salary range for this position is $91,811 - $116,150. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
