Contract Analyst - Program Business

Description : EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY AND ADDITION TO STAFF!!! The Analyst plays an important role within the organization, ensuring that the various contracts are consistent with negotiated terms & conditions and reflect the corporate risk appetite. The Program Contract Analyst will assure the work they do is concise, accurate and complete. Will review/edit/create/interpret program contracts to accurately memorialize negotiated placement terms. Maintain positive relationships with and appropriately represent the Company and external partners. Requirements : Five + years' experience working on contract wording. Meaningful knowledge of contract terms & conditions, reinsurance and familiarity with insurance coverage and regulatory requirements. Technical and/or analytic experience that can be adapted to current technology. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Analytical, decision making, problem resolution and organizational skills. Bachelor's Degree (job-related majors/fields of study a plus) ARe or CPCU a plus. Advanced degrees/job-related designations a plus.
