- Represent clients in workers' compensation hearings, depositions, and related proceedings.
- Prepare and submit detailed legal reports to clients.
- Utilize electronic case management systems in a fully paperless office environment.
- Conduct legal research and draft necessary pleadings, motions, and other documents.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active California Bar License in good standing.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in workers' compensation defense.
- Strong legal writing and research skills (writing sample required with application).
- A portable book of business is a mandatory requirement.
- Proficiency in legal technology and electronic case management systems.
