Scope
  • Initial 90-120 day engagement focused on growth marketing goals
  • Planning and Execution: Work with growth marketing lead to develop marketing plans aligning with business goals, identify target audiences, set campaign goals, and create detailed execution plans
  • Lead Generation and Nurturing: Implement campaign plans to attract potential customers and guide them through the sales funnel
  • Campaign Management: Execute and manage multi-channel campaigns, monitor performance, and optimize results; ensure campaign and program tasks and dependencies are closely tracked and managed within team's agile marketing methodology
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Align marketing and sales efforts, establish process(es) to facilitate seamless lead handoff, and improve campaign effectiveness
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Establish reporting of key metrics and provide insights for future campaigns
  • Recommend resource allocation and expenditures based on set budget(s)
  • Advise on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices to drive competitive position and innovate


Preferred Qualifications
  • Expertise in demand generation strategies and a deep understanding of B2B marketing
  • Skills in marketing campaign and program development and execution
  • Expertise in marketing automation platforms, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce Marketing Intelligence
  • Data analysis experience leveraging data from Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, and 6Sense, identify trends, and create compelling reports
  • Expertise in project management, experience managing multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines while leveraging various marketing technology platforms
