Description:
Prime Video Legal US is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to assist with managing contracts templates, standard terms and fallbacks, and automation efforts for Prime Video licensing agreements. This role entails working closely with senior attorneys across SVOD, TVOD, FAST, and other Prime Video services globally.
Experience with inbound IP licensing, especially in streaming video, is a bonus. Experience simplifying and automating complex agreement types within specified parameters is a big bonus.
Key job responsibilities
Working closely with a small, but experienced, team of lawyers to drive automation, simplification, and harmonization across deal types/templates/teams.
Tasks will include maintaining and improving template agreements, working with Legal and business stakeholders to drive simplification and automation, including via use of AI tools, and assisting with deal negotiations.
A collaborative and experienced Contracts Manager is preferred.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of contracts management, paralegal, or other comparable experience within a law firm, government agency, or in-house legal department, with responsibility for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating the legal terms of a broad range of standard commercial contracts
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Adept at project management and communication with business and legal clients.
Experience working with MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $68,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $146,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
