Description:
Linkitall LLC is seeking an experienced Contracts Specialist to manage the full contract lifecycle in a government contracting environment. This role involves ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, exceptional negotiation skills, and extensive knowledge of government contracting regulations, including FAR and DFARS.

Major responsibilities include (and not limited to):
- Draft, review, and ensure clarity and compliance of contract terms with organizational policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
- Prepare and manage procurement contracts, amendments, and modifications; lead or assist in negotiations with vendors, suppliers, and clients to secure favorable terms while maintaining strong relationships.
- Address and resolve contract disputes, claims, and clarifications to mitigate risks.
- Maintain accurate contract records, track compliance, modifications, and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations.
- Prepare reports on contract status, performance metrics, and compliance issues; respond to internal and external audits or inquiries.
- Work closely with legal, procurement, finance, and project management teams; act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Manage various agreements, including NDAs, subcontracts, consulting, licensing, and master agreements; ensure proper documentation and visibility across teams.
- Provide guidance and training on contract management practices; develop and implement procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Work with account management to ensure adherence to finance, risk, and insurance requirements.'
- Monitor competitive terms, supplier satisfaction, and recommend improvements to contracting practices.
- Oversee contract execution, change management, compliance with milestones and deliverables, service level agreements, and contract close-out, extension, or renewal.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Certification in Contract Management (e.g., NCMA's CPCM, CFCM) is preferred.
- Thorough understanding of FAR, DFARS, and other applicable regulations.
- Strong knowledge of construction pricing.
- Familiarity with CMMC compliance requirement.

- 10+ of experience in contract management, preferably in a government contracting environment.
- Experience with procurement processes, compliance, and risk management.
Skills
