Job Description:
  • Provide reviews of financial status and progress
  • Review and maintain financial records to
  • Assist with audits
  • Manage monthly, quarterly and annual close
  • Issue timely and complete monthly and quarterly statements and reporting package with supporting schedules
  • Review and suggest improvements to processes, policies and procedures
  • Ensure all accounts are reconciled and transactions are recorded properly
  • Support routine and situational SEC filings
  • Prepare reports which summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position
  • Assist in preparation of budgets
  • Assemble and prepare schedules for tax preparation


Requirements:
  • CPA a plus
  • Experience with small or micro-cap publicly traded entities a plus
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skill
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Detail-oriented


Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field and a minimum of 6 years' relevant experience
