Experience:
- Provide reviews of financial status and progress
- Review and maintain financial records to
- Assist with audits
- Manage monthly, quarterly and annual close
- Issue timely and complete monthly and quarterly statements and reporting package with supporting schedules
- Review and suggest improvements to processes, policies and procedures
- Ensure all accounts are reconciled and transactions are recorded properly
- Support routine and situational SEC filings
- Prepare reports which summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position
- Assist in preparation of budgets
- Assemble and prepare schedules for tax preparation
Requirements:
- CPA a plus
- Experience with small or micro-cap publicly traded entities a plus
- Strong knowledge of GAAP
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skill
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Able to adapt to changing priorities
- Detail-oriented
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field and a minimum of 6 years' relevant experience
