Controller

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Controller to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $150,000 to $185,000 per year.

Job Description:

• Prepare and review monthly financial and development reports
• Supervise Project Accountants, and able to perform their works as needed
• Assist with project budget tracking and forecasting, and loan closing
• Work closely with the project manager and construction teams to track project costs
• Generate, update, and maintain job cost reports, and other Excel Schedules
• Ad Hoc reports and analysis as directed by upper management

Requirements:

• Yardi Voyager, Textura, Procore or similar software experience a plus
• Time management and organizational skills, detail-oriented, and self-starter
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Great communication skills

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field and a minimum of 10 years' relevant experience
