Job Purpose
This is a fast growth company in the medical device industry, and this role will be a crucial role in supporting their growth, which affects 1000s of patients a month. The purpose of the role is to lead a team in finance to bring visibility and continuity to all day-to-day financial tasks for the organization. This will include but not limited to, monthly and quarterly close, AR, AP, cash flow analysis, audit support, etc.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team that encompasses all accounting operations, AP, AR and Payroll
- Manage the month-end closes
- Prepare, review, and analyze financials for distribution to internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee cost accounting analysis
- Lead annual audits, AOP, and internal forecasts
- Maintain current and establish new accounting and finance internal controls and SOPs
- Bring about further automation and efficiencies in the department

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 7+ years of experience in Accounting
- 3+ years of experience managing multiple accounting staff
- Exposure to full-cycle accounting and operations
- Experience with month-end close, annual audit, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Oracle ERP experience desired
- Excellent people leadership skills
- Strong understanding of GAAP
- Cost Accounting experience
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented, organized, and good time management
- Good Analytical Thinking Skills
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic and drive to rise to a new challenge every day
Compensation Information
- Base: $160-200k
- Variable: $10k bonus potential
