How You Will Contribute
- Develop, monitor and report business metrics
- Oversee regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with owners on capital asset management and lease vs. buy considerations
- Hire and mentor accounting team
- Assist with 401k administration
- Manage relationship with external CPA firm
- Manage the employee benefits process
Experience and Skills
About YOU
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- 5 plus years related work experience; preferably in a warehouse environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Technologically proficient, including excellent Excel skills
