SALARY: $90,000 - $100,000

A day on the job looks like:

• Develop, lead, and monitor a culture of high efficiency, results, and customer-oriented accounting and reporting services for internal and external stakeholders
• Oversee all accounting functions, including strategic financial decisions and accounting activities, month-end and yearly closing processes, financial and management reporting, cash management, budget, tax compliance, and internal controls
• Participate in implementing and managing NetSuite ERP software
• Presents findings and collaborates with leadership on recommendations

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in general accounting experience with balance sheet management, including financial statement preparation and supervisory responsibility.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) desirable but not required
• This position should also have an understanding of health care finance and industry trends.
