Volare Health is seeking a skilled Controller to lead and streamline our financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with the CFO on budget presentations and the annual budgeting process.
- Develop and manage ad hoc financial reports and forecasting tools.
- Train leadership on budgeting tools and processes.
- Integrate and oversee annual budgets in the accounting system for the company and its subsidiaries.
- Prepare and distribute financial reports to external stakeholders, including lessors and lenders.
- Monitor and forecast financial covenants.
- Manage external audits and prepare necessary government forms.
- Supervise staff in line with company policies and legal requirements.
- Support company mission and objectives across departments.
- Ensure compliance with residents' rights and promote positive interactions with residents, visitors, and regulators.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA preferred.
- 5-10 years of general accounting experience.
- Expertise in finance, GAAP, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Proficiency with financial reporting systems.
- Strong analytical skills for financial data and report preparation.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Self-motivated with leadership capabilities.

- Take on other duties as needed and assist in training personnel.
