Key Responsibilities
As Controller, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing financial strategies aligned with business goals.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to the executive team, providing data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
• Leading and mentoring a high-performing accounting and finance team.
• Managing budgets, forecasts, and cash flow to ensure fiscal responsibility and efficiency.
• Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, including cost accounting and inventory management.
• Collaborating across departments to streamline operations and enhance financial performance.
• Ensuring compliance with tax regulations, GAAP principles, and industry standards.
• Proactively identifying and mitigating financial risks.

What You Bring to the Table

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA/CPA strongly preferred).
• A minimum of 8 years of financial leadership experience, ideally in manufacturing.
• Deep knowledge of GAAP principles and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and financial tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
