Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements and reports
• Manage cash flow, accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including tax filings and government reporting
• Lead the coordination of audits, both internal and external
• Collaborate with leadership to provide financial insights for business planning and growth strategies
• Supervise and develop the accounting team, fostering a high-performance environment

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in financial management, preferably within a mid-to-large sized company
• In-depth understanding of financial regulations and audit procedures
• Proficiency in an ERP environment, accounting platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
