Position Overview

As a strategic partner to the General Manager, this role involves providing leadership and strategic insight while fostering talent development. You will oversee financial operations across various business lines, ensuring financial performance, operational efficiency, and policy adherence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Oversight and Reporting: Manage month-end closings, prepare financial statements, and lead financial report submissions.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage the annual budget, providing financial updates and forecasts.
  • Internal Controls and Compliance: Enforce controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with SOX and company policies.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor the accounting team, providing strategic insights to support operations.
  • Strategic Analysis and Process Improvement: Utilize advanced financial tools to drive process improvements and business synergies.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA/CPA preferred.
  • Experience: 7-10 years in finance and accounting, with strong financial reporting and budgeting background; management experience preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Hyperion preferred.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
