Success in this role requires a strategic mindset and strong financial acumen to transform data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. 10+ years of financial leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing or food processing, with expertise in financial planning, risk management, and compliance. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required (CPA or CMA preferred). Strong ability to communicate complex financial data and collaborate across sales, operations, and executive leadership. Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to enhance financial performance, with proficiency in accounting software, tax tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
