Salary Range:
Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including internal equity, market data, the candidate's qualifications- including but not limited to specialty skills, prior relevant industry experience, relevant degrees or certifications (e.g., CPA, MBA). The salary range estimate below is inclusive of all departments within the firm, and offered salaries may vary within the given range between departments. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this level is $140,000-160,000 annualized, not including other competitive benefits and a discretionary bonus.

- Oversee the accounting operations and manage a team of committed professionals

How You will Contribute!
- Oversee financial operations including AP/AR, job costing, payroll and cash flow management, including projections, and bank/cash reconciliations
- Develop and maintain internal controls
- Prepare and present monthly financial reports
- Complete budgeting, forecasting and analysis
- Prepare Work-In-Progress reporting & General Ledger account reconciliations
- Coordinate quarterly accounting reviews
- Maintain state registrations, business and tax licenses, etc.
- Administer employee health insurance and oversee general office administration
Experience and Skills
About YOU!
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- 5+ years' related experience in construction accounting
- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP; construction accounting concepts and experience in their application
- Experience with job costing software plus excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent interpersonal, time management skills and a strong sense of urgency
