Qualifications
Education/Certification:
- Texas Teacher Certification
- Principal or Mid-Management Certification (Preferred)
- Master's degree in education, instructional technology, or related field (Preferred)
Special Knowledge/Skills:
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Integration and Organizational Learning
- Strong instructional design and adult learning principles
- Knowledge of compliance training requirements for Texas educators
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to build consensus, lead cross-functional teams, and manage change
Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in instructional leadership, digital learning, or innovation work
- Experience designing and leading professional development at the district or campus level
- Prior experience managing grants or initatives involving instructional technology or innovation is preferred
$77,529 - $93,413 (2024/2025 Compensation Plan)
- Salary determination will be based on verified relevant work experience.
- Salary will be adjusted to the start date.
