This position will support the Classified Talent Development initiatives in the area of professional growth and development of classified employees.
This position will remain open until filled. An initial screening of applicants will take place at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 15, 2025. Applicants who apply after that date will only be screened and/or interviewed if a successful candidate is not selected from the applicant pool that applied prior to that date. An essential function of this position is the ability to work in person and physically report for work on site.
JOB SUMMARY:
This position serves as part of the Talent Management Department, which is accountable for the leadership development and growth of school-based and central office administrators and classified staff within the Division. This skilled work involves the exercise of judgment, professionalism, accountability, collaboration, and discretion. This position shall be responsible, under the direction of the supervisor, to perform essential responsibilities in support of the design, implementation, communication, delivery, and evaluation of Talent Management programming and offerings for the school division. Participates in special projects as directed by management.

SALARY:
This position will be effective July 1, 2025 and will be compensated based upon the approved FY26 salary scale.
Current FY25 salary scale range for Grade 15: $87,583 - $167,818 per year (competitive benefits)
