Soutien et Mise en Oeuvre:
- Assister le Vice-prsident et le Gestionnaire principal dans la rationalisation des oprations de la chane d'approvisionnement et des activits de transport.
- Aider la mise en uvre du cadre de gouvernance pour assurer la responsabilit et l'alignement avec les indicateurs de performance cls.
- Collaborer avec les parties prenantes transversales pour favoriser l'efficacit et l'innovation.
- Consolider et synthtiser les informations pour la direction.
Initiatives Stratgiques:
- Soutenir les parties prenantes internes dans la planification et le dploiement des initiatives stratgiques (par exemple, Track & Trace, prparation SCoF).
- Participer la cration de prsentations, rapports et la maintenance des fichiers lectroniques.
- Examiner et vrifier les comptes de dpenses de service, en identifiant les carts.
- Appliquer des solutions cratives et faire preuve de dbrouillardise pour rsoudre les problmes.
Connaissance du March et Communication:
- Se tenir inform des catgories de produits, des tendances du march et des conditions de l'industrie.

Exigences du Poste
Exprience Professionnelle
- 6+ ans d'exprience dans l'environnement McKesson, Service Client, ou Ventes
- Exprience dans le commerce de dtail/gros est un atout
- Exprience avec les rglementations, politiques et programmes des Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication (BPF).

- Diplme de licence en Chane d'approvisionnement, Administration des affaires ou quivalent.

Job Summary

Specific Responsibilities
Support and Implementation:
- Support the Vice President and the Senior Manager in the supply chain process stream aimed at ensuring flawless interdependence of operational and transportation activities.
- Assist the Vice President and the Senior Manager in the implementation of the governance framework to drive accountability and alignment of key performance indicators.
- Work in close collaboration with various cross-functional stakeholders to drive efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives and innovation.
- Consolidate relevant information and synthesizing it for the Vice President and Senior Manager.
Strategic Initiatives:
- In collaboration with the Vice President and the Senior Manager, support the information for internal stakeholders to plan the deployment key strategic initiatives including but not limited to; Track & Trace, SCoF readiness, etc.
- Participate in the preparation, review, writing, translation (if necessary), and production of presentations for different initiatives.
- Complete and update various end-of-period reports, verify service expense accounts, and identify discrepancies.
- Participate in the preparation and maintenance of electronic files.
- Applies creativity in problem solving and demonstrate resourcefulness when everyday issues arise.
Market Knowledge and Communication:
- Stay tuned to the relevant business knowledge of product categories and stay abreast of market and industry trends and conditions.
- Acts as a McKesson ambassador of corporate values.
- Work closely with the Vice President and the Senior Manager to keep them informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities and follow up as needed.
- Support the Vice President, the Senior Manager and members of the leadership team in planning and communicating strategic projects and continuous improvement efforts.
Process and project management:
- Participate in process mapping activities for key processes.
- Validate the completion of various milestones.
- Monitor the progress of projects and initiatives.
- Complete final project assessments and post-mortems.
- Establish a management framework to ensure seamless execution of key processes, projects, and strategic initiatives.
- Develop key performance indicators to enhance tracking of operational activities, including reporting frequency and communication plans.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to foster an engaging and rewarding work environment.
- Work closely with various functions to ensure compliance with applicable rules, regulations, procedures, and laws.

Position Requirements
Working Experience
- 6+ years of experience in McKesson environment, Customer Service, Sales
- Retail/Wholesale experience an asset
- Demonstrated experience with the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) regulations, policies and programs
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply chain related field, Business Administration or equivalent
