ABOUT THE ROLE:
Parker Poe is seeking a corporate transactional associate with 4 to 7 years of experience to join its growing Corporate Practice Group in either its Charlotte or Raleigh, North Carolina office. This position offers an attorney the opportunity to work on a broad range of business transactions, and M&A related activities. They will be responsible for advising clients on buy and sell side M&A transactions as well as other complex corporate and commercial transactions. The incoming associate will provide guidance related to deal structuring, due diligence, drafting, negotiation, and closing. The applicant must possess exceptional communication skills, research, and writing skills. Candidates who are currently licensed to practice law in North Carolina are preferred.
