About the Work
The Corporate Services Office facilitates the daily operations of the Source Directorate's business processes, procedures, training, communications and strategy. SB's mission is to ensure Source's organizational and operational effectiveness by providing timely delivery of corporate business services, strategic planning and management to support all corporate activities. SB's functions include the following:
Advise NGA and its subordinate organizations regarding strategic messages regarding support of mission priorities, goals, and accomplishments. Ensure the strategic message is defined, developed, and coordinated with the appropriate stakeholders. Communicate strategic messages to key leadership officials within the agency and to key partners and members of DoD and the Intelligence Community. Produce NGA publications and official memoranda for internal and external customers. Interpret technology or applications into written technical design and report documentation. Collaborate with developers and managers to clarify technical issues. Write, edit, and present information in multiple formats and applications to include Microsoft Office Suite. Requires demonstrated experience providing strategic communications support, speech/technical writing, and crafting technical specifications.

About the Work
The Corporate Services Office facilitates the daily operations of the Source Directorate's business processes, procedures, training, communications and strategy. SB's mission is to ensure Source's organizational and operational effectiveness by providing timely delivery of corporate business services, strategic planning and management to support all corporate activities. SB's functions include the following:
- Managing Source daily operations.
- Managing Source Taskers
- Managing human capital and financial management, business processes, and procedures and advise Director/Deputy Director (D/DD) Source on corporate business decisions
- Develop and maintain the skills and expertise of the Source Directorate workforce through training and tradecraft development.
- Provide future-focused direction and prioritization of Agency resources aligned to capabilities and services to achieve strategic objectives.
- Manage and guide Source's administrative and staff functions including taskers, IT procurement, business continuity, policy, physical space, and executive support.
- Provide business planning, change management and communication expertise to enable Source to ensure the right message gets to the right person in the right format.

Your Duties
- Develop a program that will familiarize both internal and external customers with the capabilities and services Source provides.
- Lead in the assessment of communications metrics and data to inform strategic communications decisions.
- Develop and edit briefings, project, and concept plans while assisting other members of the Communications Team.
- Draft speeches, talking points and executive-level communication products
- Issues memoranda, briefings, design documents, as required.
- Develop Senior Management Review evaluations and recommendations, as requested.
- Assume ownership in the review, editing, and submission of the Source Directorate WAR.
- Plan, design, administer, standardize, coordinate, and deliver Source communications that support the business process.
- Lead the development, coordination, and execution of the strategic communications plan for Source and develop a program that will familiarize both internal and external customers with the capabilities and services Source provides.
- Assess communications metrics and data to inform strategic communications decisions.
Required Skills and Experience
- Top Secret SCI (TS/SCI) Security Clearance
- US Citizenship
- Demonstrated experience with drafting executive-level communication products, to include speeches, talking points, and workforce messages
- Demonstrated experience with electronic publishing and the publication production process.
- Demonstrated experience with written, visual and audio/video content generation, to include drafting news and feature articles, fact sheets, visual ads, videos, podcast and/or other communication tactics for internal and external audiences
- Demonstrated experience with graphics, along with knowledge of how to work with fonts and text formatting to craft engaging, appealing products, for example: newsletters, briefings, corporate emails, website posts, articles, communications plans, messaging campaigns.
- Demonstrated experience assessing communications metrics and data to support senior decision makers at the executive level for strategic communications decisions.
- Demonstrated experience developing communication plans
- Demonstrated experience with PC platforms such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated experience in standard business application software for presentations, word processing, and SharePoint-based websites
