Job Summary:

The Corporate Controller is responsible for overseeing the financial reporting, accounting, and financial analysis functions of the organization. This role ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial statements, implements effective financial controls, and provides strategic financial insights to support business decision-making.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Oversees the operations of the Accounting Department, which include accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll.
  • Oversees training programs and identifies training needs.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
  • Produce timely and accurate financial statements and reports.
  • Works with external auditors and provides needed information for audit.
  • Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal government requirements.
  • Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
  • Assess and improve upon existing processes.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
  • Minimum 8-10 years' experience in accounting/finance.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience with financial reporting requirements.
