Corporate Controller

A manufacturing company in North Austin is on the lookout for a Corporate Controller. This role reports directly to the CEO and is instrumental in the company's financial leadership. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal part in the development of financial statements, budgeting, and strategic planning, with the goal of enhancing visibility and driving informed business decisions. This position is a hybrid mix of 3 days in office and 2 days remote. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting within established monthly and quarterly timelines.
• Spearhead the budgeting process, crafting and implementing tools that support strategic planning and financial analysis.
• Maintain financial integrity by reconciling general ledger accounts and managing journal entries.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 6 years of experience in full cycle accounting.
• Demonstrated ability in financial statement preparation, budgeting, and analytical planning.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with NetSuite or comparable ERP systems.

Preferred Skills:

• CPA certification.
• Previous experience with NetSuite or similar ERP.

Compensation:

$110,000 to $140,000, commensurate with experience, knowledge, and skills.
