WHAT YOU'LL DO
You'll oversee all corporate accounting activities as the corporate controller. You strive to ensure all financial information is reported in a timely and accurate manner. You will also be in charge of the compilation of nonfinancial information to report to our parent company, Interpump Group, including GRI, taxonomy, CSRD, and ESG.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
You'll oversee all corporate accounting activities as the corporate controller. You strive to ensure all financial information is reported in a timely and accurate manner. You will also be in charge of the compilation of nonfinancial information to report to our parent company, Interpump Group, including GRI, taxonomy, CSRD, and ESG.
- Provide efficient management of accounting activities to meet the company's needs
- Responsible for the timely completion and maintenance of the list of external and internal deadlines
- Oversee the calculation and analysis of significant provisions, prepaids, and accruals
- Oversee the development, training, and performance of the team
- Responsible for the compilation of financial information and preparation of internal monthly statements
- Manage the general ledger, external and internal audits, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, taxes, cash flow, billing, pricing, and inventory
- Maintain the journals and ledgers for both internal and parent company reporting
- Responsible for the timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to the parent company, Interpump Group, through the use of their HFM software
- Timely completion of requests by management and the parent company
- Supervise external and internal audits
- Responsible for the calculation and payment of federal and state estimated corporate taxes
- Implement, document, and maintain adequate and effective internal controls
- Assist in the compilation of the annual forecast and budget
- Completion of the end-of-year tax work papers and submission to an outside tax preparer
- Responsible for the filing of all federal and state income tax forms
- Ensure accurate listing of the company's fixed assets
- Oversee the completion of year-end work papers
- Responsible for monthly cash flow projections
- Responsible for annual insurance renewals and legal claims
- Oversee accounting, credit and collections, accounts payable, inventory, billing, and the resource center
- Oversee the fleet management system
- Define and measure department performance
- Make recommendations for continuous improvement
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations
- Enforce company accounting and financial policies and standards
- Special projects as assigned
YOUR EXPERIENCES & SKILLS
- Master's degree in finance or accounting and/or bachelor's degree with a certification (CPA, CMA, and/or CGMA)
- At least five (5) years of general accounting experience in manufacturing and/or distribution
- At least three (3) years of tax and costing experience is preferred
- At least four (4) years of accounting supervision is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and report writer software
- Proficiency in FAS and HFM is preferred
- Knowledge of sound accounting principles (IFRS)
- Ability to recommend and implement accounting and financial policies
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and work well with others
- Flexible to effectively adapt to changing conditions and job assignments
