We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as Corporate Controller. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this key role will oversee the financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and driving the company's financial strategies forward.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as Corporate Controller. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this key role will oversee the financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and driving the company's financial strategies forward.
The Corporate Controller will:
- Manage the company's day to day accounting operations.
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of accounting professionals to ensure smooth and accurate financial operations.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Coordinate the company's budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with the GM's and other functional leaders.
- Ensure the establishment and enforcement of robust internal controls to guarantee compliance with both regulatory standards and company policies.
- Oversee the management of cash flow, ensuring optimal liquidity to support daily operations and strategic investments, as well as maintaining bank covenants.
- Oversee the tax planning and assisting our tax advisors with year end tax work.
- Foster cross-department collaboration to enhance financial efficiency and support team growth by offering training on accounting procedures and policies and fostering an environment of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Work closely with senior leadership on long-term financial strategies and growth initiatives, serving as a key financial advisor to the CFO and other executives.
To be successful you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA designation
- 10+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and accounting principles.
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- High proficiency in accounting software
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
