$44.21 to $120 an hour

What you bring to the role:
- Law Degree from an ABA accredited school and an active license to practice law
- Minimum of four years of legal experience at a top law firm and/or in-house with experience focused on transactional and general corporate matters
- The ability to manage complex business transactions with an emphasis on organization, collaboration, and communication
- Demonstrated capacity to actively solve complicated legal and business problems
- Cross-border staffing or global outsourcing and/or government contracting experience
