What You'll Do

Conduct financial, operational, and strategic due diligence on acquisition targets
Build detailed financial models including valuations, sensitivity analyses, and pro forma scenarios
Prepare executive-ready presentations and investment memos summarizing findings and recommendations
Research and synthesize industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive positioning
Manage multiple concurrent diligence workstreams, coordinating with cross-functional teams
Develop and maintain tools to monitor market activity and support investment theses
Cultivate relationships with target companies, intermediaries, and industry partners to drive deal flow

What We're Looking For

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field

Experience & Skills:

Strong foundation in corporate finance, M&A, and valuation methodologies
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial modeling is a must
Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and research abilities
Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities
Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to work independently or in teams
Flexible and committed to meeting tight deadlines-including occasional travel and non-standard hours during key deal phases
