Join our team as a Corporate Director of Marketing at Quorum Hospitality!

Are you a strategic marketer with hotel experience and a passion for both storytelling and performance? As the Corporate Director of Marketing, you'll lead company branding and drive property-level media campaigns across a diverse hotel portfolio. From shaping our digital presence to managing campaign strategy and supporting business development, this role is essential to our Commercial Strategy team's success.

Your Role:

As our Corporate Director of Marketing, you'll support both corporate branding and business development as well as property marketing and media campaigns. Your responsibilities will include:
Manage and grow the company's social media presence, including employment branding in partnership with HR.
Develop presentations for new business opportunities, owner reporting, and company-wide initiatives like the Quorum Forum.
Support company brand consistency across all internal and external communications.
Oversee digital media campaign budgets and execution for multiple properties including major brands and independent boutique hotels.
Manage brand-approved ad platforms (such as Koddi, Marriott Plus, Hilton Elevate, etc.).
Manage campaign budget loads, bid strategies, ad copy, creative updates, and backend reporting for ownership.
Support independent and boutique hotels with PPC, vanity sites, and seasonal activations.
Maintain and update hotel website content.
Collaborate with the revenue team on monthly calls for each property.
Create sales collateral and refresh F&B materials (menus, website content, and occasional email campaigns).
Assist with limited PR coordination as needed.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:
  • 5+ years of progressive hotel marketing experience, ideally in a centralized corporate role.
  • Experience across independent hotels as well as major brands, including Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, and IHG, is preferred.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a 2 to 4-year college degree is a plus.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • PR and/or graphic design experience is a plus.
  • Must be proficient with Windows operating systems.
  • Must have valid driver's license for applicable state and an acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Record).
