Corporate EHS Specialist

At Innophos, our passion is to manufacture essential ingredients, chelated minerals and innovative specialty phosphates to improve quality of life. Innophos is seeking an Corporate EHS Specialist in our Cranbury, NJ office with the ability of a hybrid schedule consisting of three days in office and two days remote. Provides general EHS support for the Corporate and Site EHS teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Corporate and Site EHS programs with investigations, root cause analysis, process safety programs, and audits
• Manage Corporate EHS Information Management Systems (Benchmark)
• Manage Corporate EHS Training Systems (HSI) Manage Corporate Contractor/Vendor EHS programs (ISN, Avetta)
• Conduct data Trending, Analytics, and Metrics Compilation
• Managing EHS Communications and Reports
• Oversee EHS at Corporate office, including lab safety
• Support Corporate Product Stewardship programs
• Travel up to 20% required, may include international travel

Required Education and Experience

• B.A. Degree preferred
• 3 or more years of previous Environmental, Health, Safety, and Product Stewardship experience

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA, DOT, etc.)
• Process Safety and Root Cause Analysis
• Hazard Communication, Safety Data Sheet review and generation
• Data trending, analytics, and visualization preparation experience (Benchmark, Enablon, Power BI or similar)
• Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Visio, and other business-specific software
• Industrial and/or IT experience
• Purchasing/supply chain support
• Training/Administration (organizing trainings, etc.)
• Metrics compilation/inspections
