Job Description Summary

Responsible for organizing and managing corporate events within scope and within budget. Individuals are able to make an event come together by using their acquired network and skillset. Lead project teams to plan, produce and deliver extraordinary events, both nationally and internationally.

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Individual contributor role that will lead all events projects for the company
  • Responsible for event budget management, contract negotiation and sourcing suppliers
  • Responsible for all logistical event's components and their development (i.e. registration, print & promo, speaker management, production, food & beverage, etc.)
  • Main point of contact for all on-site corporate events


Knowledge and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management or a related field such as Hospitality Management or Marketing with 5 to 10 years of experience
  • Experience at negotiating and building partnerships with vendors
  • Advanced budget and financial management skills
  • Attention to detail, with proven leadership skills with a proactive solution & strategic focus mindset
  • Strong computer knowledge, including advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Suite of products

The annual base salary for this job ranges from:
$78,640.00 - $118,000.00

STEMCELL determines an individual's pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
