As a member of our recruiting team, you will be responsible for performing all recruiting tasks, beginning to end, including sourcing, screening, evaluating, and recruiting "best fit" candidates, managing candidate data in Advantech's recruiting/applicant tracking system, and advising Hiring Manager on recruitment strategy.

Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals, to identify potential candidates for office positions.
- Screening and Evaluation: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, experience, skills, and cultural fit to determine their suitability for specific office roles.
- Candidate Management: Build and maintain a pool of qualified office candidates by fostering relationships, conducting follow-ups, and providing timely feedback to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Client Relationship Management: Collaborate closely with client organizations to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and effectively communicate candidate profiles to ensure alignment and successful placements.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring availability and facilitating effective communication throughout the process.
- Onboarding and Support: Assist in the onboarding process by coordinating background checks, verifying references, and providing necessary paperwork and guidance to candidates after successful placements.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, job market conditions, and competitive intelligence to offer valuable insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's in Human Resources or other related fields
- 3+ years of full life cycle/high volume Recruiting experience
- A demonstrated business acumen in understanding Hiring Managers needs and applying appropriate recommendations
- Recruitment Expertise: Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, particularly in office-based roles, demonstrating knowledge of sourcing strategies, candidate screening, and selection techniques.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, clients, and internal team members.
- Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationships with candidates, clients, and colleagues, fostering trust and collaboration.
- Time Management: Ability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in candidate evaluation, documentation, and adherence to legal and compliance requirements.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs, industry trends, and technological advancements in recruitment.
- Confidentiality: Maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive candidate and client information.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent negotiation skills and effective organizational skills
