Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Transaction Attorney specializing in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in corporate transactions, contract negotiations, and corporate governance, with a strong focus on providing strategic legal counsel to support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and guidance on mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements related to corporate transactions
• Conduct legal due diligence and risk assessment for potential M&A deals
• Assist in the development and implementation of corporate governance policies
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth transaction processes
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting corporate transactions
• Support restructuring efforts and other corporate initiatives as needed

Qualifications

• Jurisdictional license to practice law
• JD from an accredited law school
• 5+ years of experience in corporate law with a focus on M&A transactions
• Strong understanding of corporate governance principles
• Proven experience in contract negotiations and drafting
• Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
