Position Summary

PROENERGY is seeking a skilled and dynamic Corporate Treasury Manager to help lead and manage our company's financial activities, with a focus on financial modeling and analytics. This position requires expertise in corporate finance, strong financial modeling skill, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work closely with senior management to support budgeting, forecasting, modeling, capital and markets activities. The position will report to the Head of Capital Markets.

Position Responsibilities
  • Lead cash management across three main business lines, multiple debt financings, and a multitude of different entities in several different countries.
  • Build and maintain 13-week cash forecast across business lines, maintain mid-range and long-range cash forecasts with regular collaboration across finance and accounting teams as well as technical and operational teams.
  • Support the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial projections.
  • Partner with FP&A and accounting teams to enhance operating cash flow forecasts, enhance visibility of cash requirements across business lines, and optimize working capital management.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management based on financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Help review financial performance against budget and forecast and prepare detailed variance analysis.
  • Support the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Advise management on financial planning and budgeting to support organizational goals.
  • Support compliance and covenant reporting for financing partners across multiple financings across multiple business lines.
  • Help management understand and incorporate financing constraints and covenants in budgeting, forecasting, and investment processes.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate treasury functions, financial management, accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Expertise supporting financing compliance reporting.
  • Proficiency with accounting software (Great Plains preferred) and Microsoft Excel (or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa.
