Overview As a Cost Analyst, you will be the go-to person for Army Program Managers in support of large-scale DoD acquisition programs. * Assist with the development of Cost Analysis Requirement Description (CARD)
* Conduct monthly/quarterly analysis on cost-related CDRLs submitted by industry partners.
* Provide analytical support for program controls and reporting and for financial execution and budgets.
* Coordinate and defend results with and across other organizations (DASA-CE and/or OSD CAPE) and contractors. * Proficiency in Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools (ACEIT).
* Experience estimating software requirements.
* Active Secret level clearance.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Project)
* ACAT 2 level cost analysis/estimating experience. * Knowledge of the Adaptive Acquisition Framework pathways.
* Must be able to manage multiple projects at one time.
* Expert ability to research, analyze, and evaluate information.
* Expert ability to express ideas effectively orally and in writing. Education Bachelor's degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
