Qualifications
Bachelor degree in court administration, criminology, criminal justice, pre-law, business administration or a related field plus two years of experience in an administrative position requiring systems analysis and/or court operations. Sick Leave:
Sick leave accrues on a bi-weekly basis, at the rate of one day per month.

- Maintain strong, reciprocal relationships with court and Tribal partners.
- Collect, assemble, analyze, and share court data to improve policy and practice. Coordinate with the clerk's office on case linking and coding for data needs.
- Assess the needs of families, caregivers and court partners. Help development and implement of programs that make courts more effective, efficient, and accessible to families.
- Foster a learning environment for court staff, system partners and community members. Participate in statewide learning communities and coordinate professional development for judicial officers and court partners.
- Address disparities affecting BIPOC and LGBTQ+ families and youth. Promote inclusive, culturally responsive practices and ensure that community resources are understood by and easily assessable to court participants, the community and judicial officers.
- Oversee the early parentage program, therapeutic courts, reunification day, annual symposium, specialized dockets and other court improvement projects.
- Produce reports for the Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) and Pierce County Juvenile Court, including but not limited to spending and local improvement plan, semi-annual reports, and the expenditure report.
- Participate in continuing education programs, sponsored by AOC, focused on subjects relating to families and youth in the child welfare system, and the legal and court rule requirements of family and juvenile court.
- Stay updated on trends mental health, substance use disorders, poverty, racism, and bias. Participate in the Peacemaking Circle process.
