About the Team
The Creative and Content Strategist is an integral member of our Social & Content Pod on our NA Business Marketing - Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) team. This person translates business briefs into creative strategies that allow TikTok for Business to engage with our enterprise audiences in meaningful ways. This role is also a critical piece of the puzzle that allows us to concept and produce breakthrough content that will fuel our paid campaigns and improve our organic reach, helping our audience become aware of, learn, and adopt TikTok for Business' key messaging, ad products, and programs. This creative role requires a deep understanding and curiosity of the changing landscape of media and how to inspire advertisers to act.

Responsibilities
- Translate business briefs into creative strategies that will inspire our Content Team to concept and produce creative that engages with and drives action among our desired audiences.
- Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies that deliver on campaign objectives and inspire how we should engage with our target audiences plus the story we should tell to build community and drive action.
- Oversee copy writing and editing to ensure clear, compelling copy to communicate products and messaging.
- Partner with IMC Leads and Digital Marketing Pod to define content goals and KPIs to measure success and impact.
- Participate in content and creative reviews to ensure messaging is on strategy and ideas will breakthrough the clutter.
- Bring industry trends, emerging technologies, competitive analysis, and best practices to the table to push us to experiment with new creative approaches and techniques to keep the brand fresh and engaging; advocate for innovative thinking and continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or communications strategy + prior experience in media and/or creative agency.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solver, with ability to see the big picture and provide a salient audience insight that drives action.
- Highly strategic mindset.
- Deft project management skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement meaningful briefs and successful campaigns.
- A demonstrated understanding of CRM and the intersection between SEO, content, and social within the digital marketing landscape.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in technology or B2B a plus.
- A forever student who is curious and eager to learn and pivot when presented new information.
